福島県沖の洋上風力発電がスタート　11/11 12:13更新 Nov 11th 2013, 03:13, by NIPPON TELEVISION NETWORK CORPORATION 国が福島県沖で進めている、海に風車を浮かべて電気を起こす浮体式洋上風力発電の実証研究プロジェクトで、１１日、運転の開始式が行われ、発電が始まった。１５年度までに３つの風車と変電所を楢葉沖に浮かべて発電し、技術の検証などを行う。
